Where is Toasted Oak Gill & Market located?

We are located at 27790 Novi Road, Novi, MI 48377. We are adjacent to the Twelve Oaks Mall, located in the Renaissance Baronett Hotel.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Our Bar is open until 11:30 PM Monday – Saturday and until 10:30 PM on Sunday.

Do you have Happy Hour at Toasted Oak?

Yes, our Happy Hour runs Monday–Saturday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Do I need a reservation to dine at Toasted Oak?

Reservations are highly recommended, especially for dinner. Walk‑ins are accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis, but availability is not guaranteed.

Yes, we offer a curated selection of wine for take away or to enjoy during your dining experience.

Is parking available at Toasted Oak?

There is ample free parking available for guests located directly in front the restaurant.

Do you have a kids' menu?

Yes, we have several all-day offerings available for children 12 years and under.

Are vegetarian or vegan options available?

The menu includes a variety of dishes (pasta, vegetable sides, etc.) that are vegetarian and vegan. Please discuss with your server during your dining experience.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, gluten‑free options are available.

Can I host a private event or party at Toasted Oak?

Yes, accommodation for private/semi-private events up to 50 guests is available at Toasted Oak. See our  Private Dining page for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit card payments and cash.

What is the dress code?

No Specific dress code, but typically smart casual or business casual.

Can we bring our own wine?

Yes, there is a corking fee of $35 per bottle.

Can you accommodate large groups?

We can accommodate groups of 12 in the restaurant if seating/availability allows, but we encourage large groups to utilize our private dining rooms.

Can you spilt the check for large groups?

For groups 10 or more there is a one check policy.

Do you add gratuity to large party bills?

Yes, a 20% gratuity is added to the check of 6 or more guests.

Private Dining
Can you accommodate more than 18 people?

Yes! We can accommodate up to 30 in our private dining room or up to 50 with a semi-private area.

What is the fee for using the Private Dining Room(s)?

There is a food and beverage minimum that is determined based on your group size.

Can you accommodate last minute private dining reservations?

We request that all private dining rooms be booked at least 1 week prior to the event, any last-minute reservations will be on an availability basis.

Do you have AV?

Yes, we have a 55” TV in each of our private dining rooms.

Are we able to access the private dining room(s) prior to event for set-up?

It depends on whether other groups are using the space that day, but upon request we try to accommodate when possible.

Can we bring our own dessert?

Yes, there will be a $20 dessert fee, and it must be store bought or from a licensed baker.
